Payment
40%
of the total booking amount must be paid upfront
to ensure confirmation. Payment can be done by Bank
Transfer (IBAN: PT 50 0033 0000
4524 3760 6350 5/ BIC/SWIFT: BCOMPTPL),
Bank deposit, by Bank check or directly at the reception.
The rest must be paid
at the reception upon arrival by ATM, Credit Card
(Dinners, Mastercard, American Express, Visa), bank
check or cash.
Without
the booking payment as settled by the terms above,
Villas Barrocal is entitled to cancel any bookings
within the terms. Booking request must be done by
writing and sent by fax, email or letter.
Booking Cancellation
Booking
cancel must be done at least 30 days before booking
date, and justifiable. The money paid upfront stays
credit to be deducted in future bookings at Villas
Barrocal.
No
Show Taxes
If
the client doesn't check in at the bookings date (no
show), client will not be refunded.
Lodging
Lodging
includes electricity, water, free access to pool and
parking. It is also included cleaning at Mondays, Wednesdays
and Fridays, towels changing twice a week and clean
sheets once a week.
Occupation
Limits
If
the number of persons exceeded the ones stated when
booking, extra-beds will be needed and charged. Villas
Barrocal may refuse to accept a number of persons different
to the ones stated at booking time.
Extra
Payments
Extras
such as extra-beds, sofa-bed, baby cot or chairs must
be paid upfront. Children 3 years and above pays extra-bed
every time the house's occupation is exceeded. Clients
can bring their own baby cots at no extra charges.
Baby cots are only considered as an extra if requested
and supplied by Villas Barrocal.
Check in an out due time
Check
out time is between 9h00 and 10h00 in the morning.
Check In time is between 16h00 and 24h00 in the evening, everyday
from the 1st of June to the 30th of September and between 16h00 and
18h00 in the evening for business days only for the rest of the year.
Late check in or check in days when the reception is closed can be
arranged. In this case the client must contact villas Barrocal with
prior notice.
Lodging Cleaning
Cleaning
is done at Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9h00 and 17h00.
Towels
are changed twice a week and sheets are changed each 5 days.
Pets
Animals
are not allowed at Villas Barrocal.
Booking
Prices includes VAT at current legal tax.
